Learn About the Rinkettes
IJS
Our IJS Lines are Preliminary and higher. For the 2023-2024 we launched our first Juvenile Line and for 24-25 we are excited to have our first Intermediate Team. Come grow with us as we climb the competitive ladder! Our team goal is to qualify both lines for the 2025 National Championships With three consecutive Eastern podium finishes in the Pre-Juvenile category (22/Gold, 23/Bronze and 24/Bronze) and Eastern podium finish in Open-Juvenile (24/Bronze) we are excited to expand and grow! |
ASPIRE 1,2,3,4
This is where our beginner skaters start and develop. We are fortunate to have a well-run incredible Learn to Skate USA Basic Skills program - RINKS SKATING ACADEMY! We love to add enthusiastic skaters to our Rinkettes Team as early as skaters working on Basic 1,2,3,4 & 5. We call our youngest skaters Tiny Talent! If they have joy and a love for skating and want to be a member of a TEAM - the Rinkettes is the perfect fit! We also offer a Learn to Skate Team for skaters older than our Tiny Talent athletes who are beginning their journey and want to become part of our organization! As skaters progress, developmental lines are the next step where skaters can learn a more challenging routine, practice with the team a little more and gain a bit more competition experience. They are also likely to have one weekday on or off-ice practice. We work closely with the Rinks Skating Academy to include team practice during the Saturday Learn to Skate times for Skill development and drills as well as some weekend Sunday (primarily September - February) shared timeslots for the team to use the full ice to practice their program/routine. |
